Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking qualified candidates to join our team at our client, 3M, located in Hutchinson, MN.  If you are a motivated candidate ready to work, we want to speak with you - apply today! We are hiring immediately.

As an Assembler, you will:

• Assemble and package manufactured products in a warehouse environment
• Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly
• Receive, process, locate parts and product in warehouse and prepare for assembly
• Meet and exceed production standards; hitting goals and working safely at every point in the process

Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of a High School Diploma or GED
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Pay Rate:

• 1^st shift: $15.00/hour
• 2^nd shift: $15.75/hour
• 3^rd shift: $16.00/hour

Shifts are Monday - Friday, with mandatory OT on Saturdays

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday) + OT on Fridays
