Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacture in Fountain Valley to help identify an experienced training professional to assist with the following duties:

  • Provide support for development, launch and sustainment of the Company learning academy
  • Support the Senior Manager of Training & Education, with New Hire Training Curricula Reviews, Training Plan Development, Humanity Action Plan and Rollout, Creation of Certification Paths, Product Course Reviews and Development, Creating the Dealer Recognition Program, Writing Communication for Retailers, Create Presentations for Senior Level Executives, and Manage Training Department’s Fleet of Vehicles. 
  • Updating and maintaining content for the Training & Education Department on Company site including but not limited to uploading videos and announcements.

 We are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior Automotive OEM experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have highly effective verbal and written skills and be able to make a business case for proposed improvements. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, management skills, Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook. 
  • 3-5 years of related experience.

This is a temporary position, estimated to last 12 months, possibly longer. Pay is based on experience. Position will start remote and eventually require that you work onsite at the Fountain Valley facility when the company returns back to work.
