The Assistant Training Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the Training/Education Department and assist with front-end training event logistics, post-training event reporting, and general administrative support.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate training events through management of event processes, paperwork, logistics, and meeting facilitation
  • Assist departments with meeting arrangements, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, and invoice processing
  • Provide general office support which may include mail distribution, answering telephones, filing, arranging for catering, ordering supplies, updating spreadsheets, generating reports, and creating presentation materials, memos, and correspondence


  • 2+ years of training or event coordination experience
  • General administrative experience including expense report processing and invoice processing
  • Experience with Cvent
  • Experience with Concur expense reporting system
  • Proficiency with MS Office software, including Excel
  • High standard of professionalism with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
