RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Architect, design, develop, and support advanced customization's utilizing Salesforce.
  • Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce
  • Participation in all aspects of our clients Agile Project Methodology
  • Oversee all code reviews
  • Collaborate and manage technical project team members
  • Continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Map functional requirements to SF.com features and functionality
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and deliver
  • Mentor Developers and help expand the use and value of the Salesforce Platform ensuring adherence to design and architectural guidelines.
  • Responsible for the clients Salesforce Road-map & Governance Policies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to reason and think logically applying judgment, implementing solutions and resolving conflicts in a multi-tasked team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in regards to project planning and documentation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and with written documentation
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Project Management skills able to utilize resources in completing tasks with a defined goal or objective on budget and on time
  • Able to grow and cultivate technical staff
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience developing software for the US mortgage industry is a plus.
  • Experience in designing and delivering solutions utilizing Salesforce security and access framework and best practices.
  • 5+ years as a Certified Salesforce Developer in an enterprise-level environment (5,000+ users)
  • 5+ years as a Certified Salesforce Technical/Application Architect
  • 3+ years APEX and VisualForce development
  • Implementation experience with APEX Language, Classes, Controllers & Triggers, VisualForce Pages, custom objects, workflows and validation rules to automate tasks
  • Salesforce.com integration with multiple third party applications as well as on premise proprietary applications.
  • Experience developing custom reports and dashboards
  • Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation
  • Experience in SOAP and REST API calls, Web Services and HTTP requests from APEX
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage changes
  • Demonstrated ability to provide instruction to audiences of varying technical backgrounds surrounding Salesforce.com and Salesforce add-ins acquired.
  • Relational database, web server, and application programming experience
  • Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Platform Development, Data Architecture and Management, Application Architect, and Technical Architect
