Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for a Benefits Coordinator in Guadalupe, CA!

Actively seeking a Benefits Coordinator to work in Guadalupe, CA. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-years of previous administrative experience with above average data entry and customer service skills, ideally having worked in the agriculture industry. Some duties include assisting the front desk, assisting employees with enrollment in benefits, provide answers and help employees with questions, as well as assisting in special projects as needed. Microsoft Office and typing assessments may be required for consideration.

Must be fluent in Spanish and comfortable with speaking to large crowds. Strong Excel and Data Entry skills needed.
