Volt has partnered with a global social media marketing software company that provides a variety of social media services, tools, and analytics to enterprise brands all over the world. This customer-centric, industry leader is looking for a Benefits & Payroll Specialist. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update employee information in HRIS and benefits systems
  • Data entry of employee benefits information
  • Manage import of employee data to new HRIS system
  • Primary point of contact for employees with questions regarding benefits
  • Assist HR Operations team with documentation of new processes
  • Act as liaison between employees and insurance providers

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of benefits administration & payroll experience
  • Experience with ADP payroll and Sage People preferred
  • Demonstrated ability and integrity working with confidential data
  • Highly collaborative and flexible working style
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Professional and friendly communication skills
