Volt is currently looking to hire 3 Bilingual (English + French) Administrative Assistants for a client located in Montreal, QC (Near Parc Metro Station). The position is offered on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. The hourly wage for this role is 19$/hour (T4).


  • Some experience in an office environment or the appropriate school/courses (0-2 years experience).
  • Experience with office tools (photocopier, scanning, phone answering, etc. Basic MS Office) and phone etiquette.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial. 
  • In this role, you will be supporting people throughout NA – Quebec + outside. Bilingualism in English and French is essential.
  • Soft skills in admin – helpful attitude, agreeable, etc. 
  • Training will be provided with support resources available.
  • Demonstrated time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail is required
  • Bilingual (French and English) written and oral

Main Duties :
Keying in expense reports for sales people, using Oracle. You will receive receipts by email, use Oracle and fill in expense report forms for 10-12 Client Executives. Booking Travel reservations using the online booking tool and eventually booking larger meetings with Outlook Calendar.

  • In-person interview for successful candidates the following week.
  • Ideal start is August 21st, however earlier start is possible.
