Job Description



Volt is hiring English / Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work onsite with our client, a leader in the healthcare field. This a long term temporary opportunity with the potential to going on staff with the client based on assignment performance and attendance.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with a 30 minutes lunch. Exact schedule will be determined based on business need.



The Bilingual Customer Service Representative represents the company by addressing customer inquiries by phone, email, and regular mail. These inquiries may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members. Will escalate unresolved and pending customer concerns based on established guidelines. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing.

Requirements:

  • ***Fluency in Spanish required***
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience
  • Capacity to multi-task, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
