Job Description

Volt is seeking a Customer Service Representative Bilingual (Spanish/English), to join our team working with our client, a leading health insurance provider in Miramar FL. This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of converting to client's staff, depending on factors such as attendance and performance.


Pay: $13.85/Hr

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm OR 8:30am - 5:00pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm Duration: 6 Months

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative represents the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries. CSR may be responsible for part or all of the following:

  • Performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks
  • Addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members
  • Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it
  • Escalates unresolved and pending customer grievances

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, And Certifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent as well as 2 years of customer service experience or Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have solid typing and computer navigating skills
  • Capacity to multi-task, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously and effective verbal and listening communication skills are a must
  • ***Fluency in Spanish required***
