**Bilingual Fluency in French and English a MUST**

**We are looking to hire 1 Bilingual Entry Level Business Associate (Transportation category for Optimization Improvement) to support a Rail Car Leasing program by providing Transportation Strategy Optimization. This is to help a large corporation in their transportation activities to support their business needs.

We are open to new Graduate candidates who have a Junior level of experience, and/or who recently graduated with a Finance/Commerce or Manufacturing/ Logistics/ Engineering Degree. Ideally someone who has the financial acumen/ability and school smarts to run the numbers is what is required. The selected Candidates will be working directly with the Client and liaising with their other clients possibly.**

Duties include:

  • Leading value delivery using a TCO (total cost of ownership) approach – use the strategy to deliver superior value to the business and create competitive advantage Client engagement and drive business growth.
  • Handling process re-engineering for railway & transportation.
  • On Site lead to drive, manage and support Sourcing and Procurement of deliverables and initiatives for the Client.
  • Interface with the Client's central Category CoE and Client's SME's to create synergies and value.
  • Help Support Contract negotiations / renegotiations.
  • Leading the delivery of strategic and operational outcomes (end-to-end).
  • Manage Stakeholder communications and projects pipeline.
  • Managing stakeholders both internally and externally and engagement with a range of stakeholders.

In this role, you will be dealing with: Dealing with procurement related to:

  • Rail Car Leasing Category

Requirements:

  • Background in Business interest in Cost reduction and process optimization.
  • Junior level of experience, and/or candidates who are new University Graduates with a Finance/Commerce or Manufacturing/ Logistics/ Engineering Degree.
  • Ideally someone who has the financial ability and school smarts to run the numbers is what is required.
  • Requires approximately 6 weeks’ experience in supporting business processes, and/or business optimization and re-engineering
  • MUST be Bilingual: 100% fluency in French and English.
  • Understanding project management.
  • Good aptitude & analytical skills with knowledge of working on MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Nice to have:
    • Warehouse experience.
    • Experience in a transportation organization.
    • Exposure in drafting category strategy, sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution and contract closure.
