Job Description

We are looking to hire a Bilingual (French/English) Field Service Administrator with field service and project support experience for our Client in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC for approximately an 8-12 months' assignment.

      • Role: Bilingual Field Service Administrator
      • Employer: Volt Workforce Solutions Canada 
      • Client: Is in the Energy Sector
      • Start date: ASAP (tentative start date given onboarding and background check process is completed)
      • End date:   tentative end date is 11/19/2018
      • Location: Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 3H9, Canada
      • Shift: 8am to 5pm EST  (full time hours) Mon-Fri
      • Pay rate Range: depending on experience anywhere between $20-25/hr (T4) + benefits
      • Reason for opening: Replacement for Maternity Leave.

      The Bilingual Field Service Administrative is a key player in the field service department. The selected candidate will oversee data entry in most of our client's systems. They will be in communication with finance for invoicing follow up and will be in contact with all the different persons of their group. 
      Field Service Administrator role description is below:

      Field Service Administration Role:

      • Support Project Manager and Project Planners functions where needed, 
      • Work with accounts payable, credits/collection to ensure documentation is accurate, 
      • Master all required software and tools (bFS, RPM, Q2C, SMS, RSO, SRM, Word, Excel, Outlook) 
      • Manage and process incoming orders through back office systems (including receiving) 
      • Ensure Data is accurate and up to date, 
      • Coordinate invoicing and associated administration functions, 
      • Work in a team oriented group, share tasks. 
      • Follow and refine procedures.
