Job Description

Volt is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Technical Support Advisor to work with a network and storage solutions provider in North San Antonio.

Minimum Requirements

  • Intermediate level knowledge or experience regarding software RAID configuration and troubleshooting
  • Intermediate level knowledge or experience regarding Computer Networking Basics
  • Expert level searching skills to include documentation, and Google search results including forum’s

Minimum qualifications:

  • Intermediate level knowledge or experience with configuration, setup, and maintenance of software or hardware RAID configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with configuration, setup, and maintenance of both personal and business networking configurations including dynamic, static, and reserved IP address setup, experience dealing with subnet mask, gateway, and DNS configuration.  
  • Experience joining systems to Active Directory, mounting volumes (iSCSI, NFS, SMB) to Active Directory, and virtualization software such as VMware, Hyper-V, and more.
  • Strong active listening, documentation, and customer service skills.
