This is a temp to hire role. 

. The Receptionist is responsible for:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls, screen caller and direct to appropriate staff
  • Check general voicemail and distribute messages first thing in the morning and periodically during the day
    • Open and distribute mail daily
    • Process credit checks on new applications within one business day of receiving applications
    • Process incoming written rental reference requests
    • Draft resident form letter correspondence including 24 hour notices, roommate notices, over occupancy and unauthorized resident notices, unauthorized pet notices for customer service reprentatives to mail/have delivered
    • Review drafted leases for accuracy
    • Send leases for e-sign
    • Saturday shift rotation
    • Back up Customer Service Representatives for lunches, busy days, vacation and sick days
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
