Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions Canada is looking for a Bilingual Vehicle Customer  Service Delivery Assistant for a short-term contract with our Client for approximately a 1-2 months assignment. This team will support our client, a world leader in vehicle technology. The work location will be our client’s showroom in Montreal, QC.

Job Description:

  • Document processing and Print processing
  • Data Entry
  • Frontline customer service/ Customer facing role
  • Be able to sign paperwork and be detail oriented – financing contracts, and purchase agreements
  • Be able to drive to customer’s home in their vehicle and drive back a trade-in.
  • Comfortable calling customer and speaking clearly on the phone and in person

Employer: Volt Workforce Solutions Canada

Location: Montreal, Quebec H4P 1L9, Canada 

Length of Assignment: 1-2 months' assignment approximately starting ASAP depending on the completion and passing of the background check and reference check process

Pay Rate: $19/hr (T4) 

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 hour shift within 10am-7pm EST time-frame with the possibility to work Overtime if needed.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Must have a Valid driver’s license (G2 or G Level holders), and MUST have a Clean Driving record abstract with at least 2 years of driving experience and insurable
  • Applicants Selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Ideally some level of Administrative/ Customer Service and some Vehicle experience
  • Friendly and personable with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with good customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English and French (written/spoken)
  • Experience using Computers, someone who is Tech Savvy and good with using different tools.
  • Must be able to communicate well in Written/Spoken English
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada without Employment Sponsorship

Must be reliable and professional to attend each shift on time and professionally while following Company protocols
