Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for Blending Operators for a company in Fargo, ND.

Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts 

The Blending Operator is responsible for taking materials staged by the Pre-weigh personnel and adding them to the mixing blender. The operator must follow documented cleaning and mixing directions to blend the product to specification. The position requires the ability to calculate and reconcile raw materials on batch cards for blending formulas.

Experience preferred:

• Working in a food manufacturing facility
• Work in production line
• Knowledge of performing daily inspections and stocking materials
• Assist in resolving issues and providing support to team
• Perform general preventative maintenance and troubleshoot 

Qualified applicants:

• Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts
• Be physically able  lift 50 pounds
• Must be capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers
• Must be able to apply quality control techniques
