Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for an in-house Bilingual Branch Administrative/Coordinator in our Oxnard branch.

The Branch Coordinator will be responsible for projects or processes specific to the branch including but not limited to; employee relations, onboarding, data entry and other office support functions. The candidate will also serve as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding employee relations issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all candidates that walk in/call in.
  • Provide employee relations support and direction.
  • Support all staff with various levels of administrative duties.
  • Point of contact for all new hire processing to include pre-employment screening.
  • Provide continuous follow-up to internal/external team members.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate operating policies.
  • Maintain files, databases, departmental operational information including expense records and equipment usage.
  • Compose reports, correspondence and memorandums for manager and corporate office.
  • Monitor projects, track progress, report findings to management in regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports to management.
  • Maintain applicable reports, records and systems.
  • Perform other job duties as required.
  • Ability to arrive to work at a specific time.
    • Attendance is an essential function of the job.

Position Qualifications

  • One year or more of customer service experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS office applications
  • Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish)
