Volt Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Branch Coordinator in Raleigh, NC.
The Branch Coordinator will be responsible for projects or processes specific to the branch including but not limited to; payroll, benefits, on-boarding, invoicing, supply orders, data entry and other office support functions. May also serve as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development of the departments business/strategic plan.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate operating policies.
  • Assist in facilitating continuous improvements to promote optimum achievement of departmental goals and objective.
  • Review, evaluate and develop policies and procedures which will provide effective and expeditious workflow.
  • Analyze and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
  • Issue written and oral instructions.
  • Plan, organize and supervise support and administrative activities policies and procedures.
  • Oversee departmental budget; evaluate budgetary needs; exercise expenditure control.
  • Maintain files, databases, departmental operational information including expense records and equipment usage.
  • Compose reports, correspondence and memorandums for manager and corporate office.
  • Monitor projects, track progress, report findings to management in regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports to management.
  • Contribute to planning and scheduling of projects, division goals, training and defining new processes and improvements.
  • Maintain applicable reports, records and systems.
  • Perform other job duties as required.
  • Ability to arrive to work at a specific time.
    • Attendance is an essential function of the job.

Position Qualifications

  • Two years of Customer Service experience
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Effectively communicate in writing
  • Effectively communicate verbally including by telephone.
  • Effectively communicate in person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency with MS office applications.
  • High level of motivation with excellent follow-through
