Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently searching for the right qualified candidate to support operations for our Branch in Peoria, IL.

Do you have experience in staffing with all operations including on-boarding and payroll? 

We are looking for that candidate that is dependable, hard-working, a quick learner, that has good customer service skills, and can multi-task.

The Branch Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of projects and or processes specific to the branch office including payroll, benefits, orientation or other support functions. and may serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate field employee onboarding process including, but not limited to:

Utilizing most up to date forms, correct customer specific documents, Online Application, orientation, pre-employment screenings, Form I-9 and eVerify, driving direct deposit, explanation of benefits

Tier 1 employee questions and maintenance; turn calls into employee quality calls

Ensure quality field employee experience through excellent customer service

Build positive working relationships with all field employees

Work with location manager, recruiter and/or BDM on employee relations matters

Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years related work experience.

Background in Customer Service preferred.

Staffing industry experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

Passionate about customer service.

Effectively communicate in writing, verbally and in person.

Effectively communicate verbally including by telephone.

Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, and external customers.

Ability to mentor others and receive mentoring from others.

Strong interpersonal and communications (written and oral) skills.

Strong project management and organization skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Ability to prioritize workload and track tasks through to completion.

Ability to meet or exceed minimum expectations and performance objectives.

Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet frequent deadlines.

Excellent follow up skills, strong problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
