Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Budget Administrator to support their Customer Care department.

In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Administer and manage the department budget.
  • Audit and reconcile payments and invoices.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices in the Company financial system.
  • Report and analyze all Customer Connect & Customer Care Center-related expenses and recoveries via detailed department budget tracking and management.
  • Provide accurate reporting for the total Cost of Quality for the department.
  • Support program managers by facilitating contract and budget creation/changes/renewals as needed.
  • Partner with internal departments and external vendors to create, execute, and monitor programs.
  • Recommend and participate in program improvement projects to increase accuracy and speed of reporting and/or reduce program costs.

Requirement:

  • 1 year or more of budgeting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advance MS Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables and v look ups
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred, not required

Position is temporary for 6 months, possibly longer. Pay rate is between $25 – 28/hr, with possibility of going slightly higher for the right person. Position will start off remote but will eventually report to the Fountain Valley facility.
