Business Analyst e-commerce Santa Clara, CA.

Seeking an experienced business analyst to help accelerate our digital transformation in the services business. We are looking for an innovative individual with the combination of strong analytical skills and engaging interpersonal skills to analyze and problem solve for a variety of digital initiatives at varying stages of maturity. This role will require on-going partnership with colleagues in the services division, IT and Digital Channel to ensure successfully delivery of new digital products as well as support/optimize fully commercialized digital products. This role includes testing of projects in progress, preparing business for new product launches, reporting on success of projects post-launch and providing feedback on how to optimize the digital business. 

Responsibilities:
• Create test data for business releases
• Assist with testing new technologies for the services business as they are developed
• Act as a single point of contact for escalation when IT needs information on support tickets and production changes
• Tracking reporting and KPIs across regions
• Complete E2E business process documentation for business readiness and knowledge transfer
• Represent business in daily Agile SCRUM calls to refine requirements 
• Communicate and collate enhancement needs to commercialized digital projects

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. 
• Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level. 
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
