About the Opportunity:

As a Business Analyst, you will partner with the business, interface with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide a clear road map for all development projects while being responsible as site owner for all functional areas in regards to the business systems

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the Functional areas in proper Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) utilization, deployment and upgrades. Experience across all ERP's will be considered, examples include MS Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle or specifically Cincom Control.
  • Work with Process Improvement Teams across the organization to understand and improve the business. Make recommendations, develop and / or leverage best practices and professional experience.
  • Coordinate with other site BAs and the System Architect for the purpose of identifying opportunities to align ERP processes among distributed facilities.
  • Assess all request for new initiatives, enhancements and bolt-ons to the business systems in light of business priorities.  Provide business guidance and strategy to leverage current business systems capabilities.
  • Effective communication with an off-site Center of Excellence and Development Team.
  • Understand, document, communicate and train end users for all changes and potential implications related to ERP system upgrades and releases.
