Job Description

Business Analyst

You will provide operational support for the Director, Digital to deliver a key project. You will collaborate frequently with members across the broader Finance, Portfolio and Planning departments, as well as relevant project stakeholders across the organization. Specifically, this role will be responsible for project support, governance, process and workflow reviews, research and problem solving.


  • Track and coordinate project governance, meetings and actions
  • Monitor project plans and alert of changes, escalate risks and issues
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including content and discussion
  • Work on the project focused on optimizing workflows and improving productivity; this may include:
    • researching, interviewing and workshopping to define and refine operational processes
    • understanding current operating model and ways of working
    • Identify opportunities, root-cause review with subject matter experts to assist with identification of improvement ideas
    • creating process maps, process and task documentation
    • documentation of current to future gap analysis and coordination of relevant training materials
  • Responsible for day-to-day “in the business” operational tasks; this may include:
    • creating presentations and reporting for stakeholders
    • performing administrative duties, ad-hoc analysis and research
    • adherence to process governance practices and knowledge management protocols
    • tasks aligned with maintaining business continuity and operations
    • supporting communication planning and execution activities


  • Business Analyst or Process analyst experience within Finance, Procurement or Contract Management or Project Management supporting transformation projects (specifically in Source to Pay for an IT related function a plus)
  • Ability to think strategically, aligning research gathering and process information with project goals and end state outcomes
  • Project management skills; managing meetings, risks, issues, project plans, document library
  • Strong MS Office technology skills (MS Word, PowerPoint required; OneNote, Teams, Planner a plus)
  • Comfortable with persuasively speaking in front of others, establishing schedules, managing meetings / facilitating workshops (face-to-face and virtually), and working on a highly visible project


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or University
  • Degree in the field of Communications, Organizational Development, Change Management a plus, but more weight is placed on your experience and skills
