Job Description

BUSINESS AND FORECAST ANALYST

We are looking for a Business and Forecast Analyst to join a leading manufacturer to help in the sales and distribution of products in the United States. A successful candidate would reside in the Dallas, Texas area and possesses 1 or more years’ experience in marketing, planning, and or business analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Daily sales report by SKU, by technology, by BU including profit calculation.
  • Weekly inventory management report by SKU, by technology, by BU.
  • Monthly consumable sales forecast by SKU, by technology, by BU.
  • Consolidating data of OBP and 3 year plan
  • Other reports upon request by VP Marketing Planning and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning.
  • Daily sales report by SKU, by technology, by BU including profit calculation.
  • Weekly inventory management report by SKU, by technology, by BU.
  • Monthly inventory projection report.
  • Monthly consumable sales forecast by SKU, by technology, by BU.
  • Consolidating data of OBP and 3 year plan
  • Other reports upon request by VP Marketing Planning and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning.
  • Monthly sales forecast in units and revenue
  • Forecast impacts our ability to deliver timely and inventory level
  • Reports revenue achievement, lost revenue
  • Develop relationship with Sales Manager, Sales Admin, Product Managers

EDUCATION:  B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Business/Finance or equivalent experience is required.

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 1 or more years’ experience in marketing, planning and business analyst experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be proficient in Excel and SAP, Power point, Relational Database.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and PC skill.
