Salary Range: $120k~$150k (may go higher)

Type of Employment: Exempt Full Time

Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred

Required Experience: 10+ in IT/IoT or Smart Workplace Biz Dev/7+ yrs. of IT Consulting

Travel %: up to 30%

Our IoT Business Development team is looking for a full time Business Architect/Business Consultant in enterprise IoT workspace solutions to increase sales and grow with Samsung SDSA. The right candidate will lead the growth business strategy and execution plan through identification of  the market and technology of connected future workspace, development of business models, creation and presentation of service offerings to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives and provide customer support.


  • Identify the market and technology of connected future workspace, develop business model including service offerings
  • Develop new model and service offerings (including GTM for top management approval)
  • Prepare execution plans including resource, budget, and revenue plan for new business offerings
  • Understand customers’ specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Ensure quality of service by developing detailed knowledge of technical specifications and how products/services work
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations
  • Provide support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
  • Work closely with the marketing and business development teams (including SDSA and HQ)
  • Develop accounts, identify key players and eco-system
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Lead business proposal and support challenges during execution of new business offering
  • Lead thought leadership in the connected workplace; communicate with executive management and state expectations and objectives with team members.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in IT/IoT or smart workplace business
  • 7+ years of experience as a thought leader including IT business and channel development.
  • Proven track record of IT business development and new business execution experience
  • In-depth of knowledge and experience of smart workplace and IoT area
  • Excellent writing and superior communication skills
  • Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure
  • Ability to communicate and persuade c-level stakeholders including both material and presentation in a professional manner is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
