Contract Services Business Developer

LOCATION:         Remote (must reside in Dallas)

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Professional, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and /or business skills that require prospecting for new business. This role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. The mission of this position is to find and close new business with a hunter mentality and approach.

A successful candidate would reside in the Dallas, Texas area and possesses 10 years’ experience in developing printing solutions business in the retail environment.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Identify new potential clients and sell Contract Services, and a bundled sales approach, while creating a long-term relationship, with clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services/solutions addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Utilizes the CRM tool, 3rd party database, and the internet to research prospects and qualify leads to increase contact to appointment ratio benchmarks. (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Maintain sustained sales activities; phone calls, prospecting, qualifying leads and opportunities.

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field

EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum of 10 years developing printing solutions business in the retail environment
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Experience in services deployment, Contract and SLAs negotiations.
  • Prior experience selling MPS contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High skilled in TCO calculators, P&L analysis. Measure and report ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Market knowledge, i.e. printers and solutions around this industry.
  • Outstanding Retail and MPS networking in the TOLA region
