Great opportunity for a Business Information Process Analyst with a  Supply Chain Services or IT background.  This position is primarily engaged with the Global Supply Chain and other data users in various locations within the business.  They may be assigned to project work to continually improve existing processes and data integrity.  In this role you will be responsible for the processes and procedures that ensure the master data in the Enterprise systems continue to support the needed business processes, transactions, business reporting and control.

Principal Accountabilities:

The Business Information Process Analyst position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of assignments for the following major functions:  

-  Create and maintain supplier master data within Solar’s Growth Enabling Systems (i.e. ERP, C-FRM) to ensure quality and consistency between all enabling systems

-  Ensure compliant screening and on-boarding of our Global Supply Base world wide

-  Provide excellent customer service for all tasks assigned to ensure meeting of business requirements

-  Maintain documentation and processes for business units

-  Gather, document and maintain business procedures and guidelines for Supplier master data

-  Define documentation, procedures and training guidelines for personnel to be fully effective in both existing and future systems and applications

-  Identify opportunities for areas of continuous improvement to streamline and improve processes, handoffs and communication

-  Provide support for data issue resolution

-  Provide resolution of global data issues and the coordination of global data corrections  

-  Partner with IT and the process owners to be the primary source for business units regarding systems master data issues, processes, and data accuracy within Solar’s Growth Enabling Systems (i.e. ERP, WFM.)

-  Conduct testing as required by new content releases or deployments, lead improvement projects of functional support processes.  Maintaining high visibility to end-users with the goal to consult on process options and head off potential IT solution problems.

Minimum Qualifications             

-  Strong/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel-pivot tables and VLookup, Power point) and intermediate skills in Access and Visio.

-  Knowledge of common ERP system, such as Baan5C, ERP LN, SPORT, or COUPA, etc. 

-  Education:  Associates Degree with 1-3 years working in a related field or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or IT systems - Master Data.

Preferred Qualifications

-  Broad knowledge of Supply Chain Organization and business processes

-  Understanding of the enterprise data landscape and how data is used

-  Strong ability to influence through excellent communication and teamwork skills

-  Ability to multi task and excellent attention to details

-  Self-Directed

-  6 Sigma - Green Belt experience

-  Ability to influence
