Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Operations Coordinator!!

Business Operations Coordiator 
City: Goleta
State: California
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time 
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate $20 an hour 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create sales orders 
  • Audit and approve the close out of work orders
  • Maintain supporting documentation, proofs of delivery, etc. to support customer billing and revenue recognition
  • Perform data scrubs and work with other teams to update information and ensure clean records
  • Act as point of contact to field personnel and customers for shipping/receiving related inquiries

Qualifications:

  • 4-year Degree or Equivalent experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills 

*Must be able to pass Drug/Background check.
