IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Call Center Associates for a busy call center located in Lodi, Ca.

Position Summary

This is a contingent position in a fast-paced call center.  Be a trusted advisor to our Senior Market (65+) members by responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, plan comparisons, billing, and premiums. May expedite, research, and resolve complex issues.  Consistently meet established performance metrics such as: quality and member satisfaction.  Maintain a high level of professionalism; creating a personal connection, caring, being a champion for each member and following through to completion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ customer service experience
  • Must have good typing skills (45wpm)
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must pick up in a training setting
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time majority of shift
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • No vacations or time off for the 6-8 week training period


  • 8:00am – 8:00pm, Saturday – Wednesday (Thursday and Friday Off)
  • Need candidates that are flexible to work 8-10 hours shifts and are flexible enough to accept the shift that start between 8am – 11am daily.
  • This project will require associates to work all weekends
