Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Rep

Location: Greenville, TX

Position Summary
Answering phone calls from patients for our clients and answering general questions regarding their bill. Make updates to patient accounts in our systems.

Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service/call center experience is preferred
