Job Description

Do you have strong customer service experience and seeking an opportunity to with a reputable company?  If so, Volt has an excellent opportunity to work for an innovative and dynamic company. 

In this fast paced and multi-faceted position, ideal candidate should have superior care and support on all service related issues including:  timely response to customers and internal staff, responsible for resolving consumer issues and encouraging the repurchase of products, accurate and descriptive data entry into company database, able to escalate incidents to managers and other duties as assigned. 

The successful candidate must have a recent thriving record in Customer service. Must be able to work independently and act with appropriate urgency. This position will require an individual with analytical and multi-tasking skills; able prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time and efficiently. Should have general knowledge of customer service and sales procedures, excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and ERP database. Must have prior experience in a Call Center.
