Job Description

Our Irvine office has partnered with a top automotive manufacturer, located in the city of Cypress to help identify multiple Call Center Representative for immediate hire.

In this role you will:

- Work in an inbound call center environment answering up to 40 calls per day
- Assist callers with questions or concerns regarding their vehicles, answer warranty or recall related questions, and discuss vehicle features or concerns with the customer. This role will entail handled any escalated calls the dealer could not answer or resolve.
- Create and assign cases to other departments as needed
- Respond to customer email communication and correspondence
- Verify and update customer information
- Document calls into the system

To qualify:

- You will have 1 - 2 years of call center or phone customer service experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (basic writing assessment will be given)
- Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred but not required

These positions are working 35 - 40 hours per week. Hours can range anytime from Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm.

Positions are long term indefinite temp at this time, estimated to last 1 - 2 years.

Pay rate starts at $15/hr. However, you can receive a 0.25 increase every 6 months based on performance and attendance, to a max of $17/hr for this role. This position offers a foot in the door of a top organization, known worldwide.
