Call Center Supervisor

Exciting Temp to Hire opportunity for a career Call Center Supervisor. Newer call center needs an experienced Call Center Supervisor who can take them to the next level. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the call center environment, can establish best practices, mentor and coach existing Agents and report KPI's to management. If hands-on call center management excites you, then Call Center Supervisor position may be the opportunity for you! Qualified candidate should have at least 5 years experience actively managing a call center, has a history of success and come from a banking related industry.

Job Duties:

  • Active management of Call Center Agents to include, KPI performance monitoring, mentoring, coaching and counseling
  • Interpret company policies and guidelines to provide Agents direction when resolving complex customer issues
  • Train all new Agents on position and company tools to perform their job effectively
  • Provide updates to Agents on changes in procedures and updates in policies effecting customers
  • Establish best practices for increased efficiency and visibility to management
  • Meet with management to provide efficiency updates, standard call metrics, (i.e. call abandonment, call time, etc. ) as well as KPI reporting.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good math skills.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of basic telephone technology
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Good interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
  • Strong analytical skills.


  • Location: Pasadena
  • Duration: Temp to hire - possible Direct hire for the right candidate
  • Pay Rate: $27 p/hr
  • Call Center Hours: 5:00am to 5:00pm (service East coast customer base)
