Volt Workforce Solutions is currently partnering with a reputable insurance company for the opportunity to serve as a Case Advocate.

Job Description

The Case Advocate will work alongside Sales Executives, Brokers, and Providers under supervision and will be responsible for researching and analyzing submissions, responding to telephone and written inquiries, and initiating steps to assist callers regarding issues relating to the submission/ approval process. Will support in thorough review of new submissions and monitor progression from beginning to end.

Requirements

This expanding business seeks candidates with excellent customer service skills and experience working in the Health Insurance or Mortgage Industries is preferred. Must be well versed working with underwriters, agents, brokers, and providers. Must also possess planning, organizing, and analytical skills. Current Life and Health License is a plus.

Required testing: 10 key, alpha numeric, Excel, and a writing sample
