Change Coordinator

Job Description for Change Coordinator:

  • Be a main point of contact for Change communication ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the high level and product-specific planning, scheduling coordination and communication of Changes.
  • Coordinates changes initiated by ECR or DVT with VSOP changes, line displays, Planning, Production control, Line leads and SAP team
  • Conduct PTR coordinating with manufacturing and engineering to ensure all aspects of part change meet or exceed expectation.
  • Coordinate effective of trial and ensure readiness for production break point dates with the Plant Planner, materials management, manufacturing engineering, supplier quality and manufacturing.
  • Accept Change handover - Ensure Change handover / knowledge transfer between Development teams, Operational teams and Management teams.  Ensure all Change documentation and information is produced and distributed appropriately to ensure products are able to be fully supported post launch.
  • Initiates Document Change instructions for all related parties and provides all required supporting documentation
  • Organizes and files all records and documents within document control
  • Process and implement all DVT’s
  • Updates DVT Tracker
  • Maintains file share repository by organizing documents by type and status
  • Ensure line leads have the latest copy of the DVT and do not have any questions or concerns
  • Notifies appropriate areas of changes implemented

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Desired


The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate

1. Excellent communication skills, specifically dealing with staff at all levels and other parts of the COMPANY, and with external contacts.

2. Proven training ability, demonstrating skills in material creation, user support and guidance.

4. The ability to work effectively with 3rd party and internal service providers who manage the production or distribution infrastructure on COMPANY’s behalf.

5. Excellent documentation skills with experience of creating support documentation for users and the Operations Team.

6. Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and self-motivated.

7. Proven ability to show resiliency and be able to priorities key activities within the business while managing stakeholder expectations.

8. Excellent approach to planning work, managing priorities and using own initiatives to overcome issues.

9. Can cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to a rapidly changing environment


1. Minimum 6 months change management experience

2. Strong SAP experience

3. Some experience in manufacturing environments.

4. A commitment to maintaining high industry Support standards, and to providing an efficient and effective service.
