Fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is looking for an exciting career as a Change Management Specialist. The position will provide assistance in the coordination and control for simple design changes ensuring that (1) requirements are met, (2) traceability exists from one product change to another, (3) designs (new and revised) are reviewed by the appropriate individuals, (4) disposition and cut-in of changes make optimal use of existing inventory.

Incumbent works in a progressive, team-oriented environment to accomplish tasks and ensures process consistency while providing positive customer service. May interface with; Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Coordinators, Design Engineering, and Design Layout. Coordinates simple changes with no risk to cost, schedule, or inventory.

The major functions of the Change Administrator  include:

Ensuring data integrity, release, and maintenance of product structures for assigned product lines. Work between databases as well as compliance with company and department policies and procedures. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the registration of release history, and the maintenance of product data management systems.

Minimum Qualifications  

*Good understanding of Turbomachinery products and structures

*Knowledge of Change Management systems and processes

*Must have the ability to interpret, and accurately communicate, the intent of all changes

*Good understanding of design and manufacturing processes

* Excellent attention to detail

*Ability to learn quickly under the direction of experienced Change Managers

*Some knowledge of Turbo-machinery products and structures is a plus
