Volt has an exciting opportunity for Class A drivers!

Job Summary: This is a local position, driving 3 days a week and helping at other locations in Fresno the other 2-3 days of the week. Driving between our Warehouses ( 5 mile radius). On non-driving days, they will be at the Plant, Freezer, or Warehouse. Some forklift experience is a plus, ability to lift 60 pounds.  Unload and load products. Hook and unhook trailers.

Duties:

• Driving between facilities
• Hook and unhook trailers
• Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections
• Safe driving practices
• Operate heavy trucks greater than three tons (three or more axles)
• Prioritize the trailers
• Maintains physical security of freight to prevent shifting and damage
• Operates auxiliary equipment mounted on truck such as winches, hydraulic hoists, etc.
• Other duties within the department may be assigned

2 or more years of experience required

Clean DMV record with no points 

Ability to run a forklift

$19-$21/hour
