" We are currently looking for a Financing Regional Operations Specialist in

                                                         Belmont, CA" 

The Regional Operations Specialist will provide administrative support for the following tasks"

  • Working with the NAS Regional Operations Representatives.
  • Monitor the Regional Operations Closed Deals and Generic email boxes for incoming deals and any issues.
  • Create folders for new deals
  •  Copying ,Scanning and emailing documents for deals ready to book and fund.
  • Uploading documentation to WebX.
  • Run Cloud Fee Report and send email with status to Field Operations generic email.
  • Run Report and search for Order and Invoice #’s.
  • Enter invoices and reconcile in OFD Webx.
  • Maintains OFD Records Management (Filing and Purging)
  • Special Projects as assigned
  • Monitor Team office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree preferred in Accounting or Finance.
  • Detail Oriented, troubleshooting and able to Mulit Task.
  •  One to Three years customer service experience
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, Intermediate Excel and Word skill is helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Ability to work independently
