Volt Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Client Services Specialist with perseverance and motivation for an amazing Property Management Company in Santa Barbara. This Customer Service Representative must remain calm under the pressure of a busy and multi-faceted position.

Pay Rate $17 / hour 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Attend to any individual who walks in our front door;
  • Attend required weekly “status” meetings with the various members of the Property Management Division to keep updated on all properties.
  • Process rental applications, including tracking PayPal payments and submit for approval within three days of receipt
  • Contact applicant with approval/denial information
  • Draft rental agreements and addendum
  • Schedule lease signing and resident move ins
  • Process and track lease assignments and subleases
  • Address tenant inquiries regarding available units, leasing, assignment/sublet, general office questions, move out procedures, general resident ledger questions. 
  • Parking – oversee parking list, agreements and rentals
  • Place follow up move in calls to new residents
  • Maintain neat and tidy work-space and lobby
  • Saturday shift rotation
