Client Support Specialist / 3 Month Contract to Hire F/T

Shift: 1pm - 9pm, Tuesday-Saturday

Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist you will provide support services for thousands of Client's internal and external customers, including field engineers. The work performed is received via phone calls and email.

Job Details:

  • Respond to emails and/or phone calls
  • Create and maintain tickets in multiple ticketing systems and fully document
  • Work Order creation / monitoring / closing
  • Management of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Field Engineer Dispatch 
  • Provide status updates or additional information

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years in a Client/Customer Support environment
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering demonstrated results
  • Goal oriented while exhibiting persistence in follow up, escalation, and resolution
  • Ability to multi-task projects, assignments and daily workload while maintaining timely deliverables
