The Commercial Insurance Agent position is a large part of the fulfillment process and highly relied upon to complete the quoting and binding process for each client and the carrier relationships, including being the first point of contact for the marketing reps for each company that is represented.

Responsibilities:

• Build close relationships and develop strong understanding of customers needs by continuously connecting and follow up
• Will require active involvement with local organizations such as chamber functions
• Will accurately communicate policies and coverages
• Will do networking and sales activities; follow up on leads
• Close deals-Book of business is provided

Requirements:

• Familiar with Insurance Principals
• Familiar with trends and driving factors in the industry
• Must have knowledge of risk or loss transfer policies
• Must hold a current Colorado P&C License and 3 years of experience
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and computer skills
• Must be a good listener
• Must have good time management and negotiating skills
• Must have a High School Diploma

This is a direct hire opportunity.

This is a Commission only position--Pay can range from 40K to 100K per year.
