Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator that can come in and identify new application enhancements, features, benefits and value of these enhancements to the organizations.  This would primarily be supporting Microsoft Product Updates and Enhancements but could also include other enterprise applications.  The ideal candidate will be able to document these enhancement, roll out training, compile a benefit sheet and help evangelize to the organization and their employees.  Other responsibilities include:

  • Align Microsoft products with the overall ET architecture vision and goals
  • Identify users, create and maintain user stories, and develop and prioritize functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Microsoft products and their capabilities and stay abreast of product evolution – mapping that back to the organization’s goals
  • Identify appropriate cross-department/division stakeholders to be engaged at appropriate time
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s business processes with an eye to applying Microsoft product updates to solve corporate business challenges
  • Make presentations and train staff as needed through one-on-one mentoring, small group trainings, corporate training programs, and information dissemination as needed
  • Proactively communicate and liaise with other departments, units and individuals on joint planning and activities

Job Description/requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in job relevant field required or relevant experience
  • Experience in Microsoft products and suite of tools, including but not limited to M365, SharePoint Online, Groups, Teams, Azure, Yammer, Exchange and OneDrive required
  • Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering required
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive file sync, and Microsoft Teams strongly preferred
  • Experience with data analysis using Excel Pivot Tables, or other similar tools preferred
  • Ability to evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others
