Job Description

Job Overview:

The Compliance Administrator will develop, initiate, and revise policies and procedures within the company’s various compliance programs including ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and SOX. In addition, this role will help enhance the company’s current processes and tools, as well as enhance our effective communication to customers and 3rd parties related to compliance surveys and requests.


  • Develop and implement processes to drive operational excellence
  • Review and maintain internal procedures with process owners
  • Collect data and reply to customer survey requests
  • Support internal, external and corporate audit activities
  • Contribute to, and enhance, the company’s compliance efforts and standards
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional processes to support business requirements


  • Less than 3 years relevant experience related to audit and compliance or risk management
  • Experience working within a multi-national company with geographically separate HQ
  • Project management experience, with certification preferred
  • Experience with any Governance, Risk Management or Compliance software preferred
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor training/certification strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System
  • Good understanding of ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management System
  • Familiarity with Corporate Social Responsibility programs
  • Familiarity with financial compliance and audit programs, such as SOX or J-SOX (Japan)
  • Familiarity with Risk Management and Fraud Prevention and Risk Assessment processes
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain related ethical standards, such as RBA/EICC and Conflict Minerals Reporting
  • Strong MS Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel and SharePoint


  • Effective interpersonal skills, particularly in influencing across functional/geographic boundaries
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization as well as with 3rd parties, including suppliers and customers
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Willing to learn and take on various tasks
  • Confidence and credibility presenting to senior management
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
