Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions, a global leader in the staffing industry, is a seeking a full-time Configuration Data Entry Specialist, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities:   


•        Data cleanup within engineering database to establish data consistency per existing work instruction/data model outline to clean up data status and attributes.


•        Coordination with multiple Engineering disciplines to compile report data for each Engineering function.


•        Suggest process development/improvement during data collections efforts.


•        Identify data discrepancies to be resolved by Engineering groups, review and make necessary corrections to information.


•        Coordinate Engineering Change documentation with applicable reporting requirements.


•        Coordinate electronic records tracking from legacy system to new system.


•        Ensure data integrity, reliability and accessibility throughout and across data repositories.


•        Produce procedures to document data sources, collection and management requirements.


•        Assist in the development of Configuration Management (CM) processes, policies and Standard Practice Manuals (SPMs) based on program requirements.

Required Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of data management experience
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Engineering dwgs, ability to read and comprehend various technical documentation.
• Strong data management, formatting skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
• Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while meeting deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility
• Proficient with MS Access and Excel
• Ability to learn new software interfaces
• Experience with SolidWorks PDM Professional/ALTIUM is a plus
