Location: Santa Clara Valley, CA

Job Description

Job Summary The Retail Learning and Development team is seeking Content Entry Administrators to build and manage web & mobile content inside our Learning Content Management System using established authoring templates. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly understand new systems and technologies and be comfortable using web-based systems. This position requires a focused and detail-oriented individual that can collaborate effectively with Instructional Designers, Media Professionals and System Administrators to ensure content is authored, tagged, and published successfully. They will work closely with peers to ensure that system policies and best practices are adhered to.

Key Qualifications

* Ability to build web and mobile learning using established authoring templates

* Ability to understand and implement storyboards provided by Instructional Designers

* Adherence to naming conventions, metadata and tagging conventions

* Ability to use Learning Management Systems to create courses, curriculum and quizzes

* Ability to understand detailed business processes and policies

* Experience working with digital assets

* Basic understanding of ADDIE model, with a focus on the Development phase

* Understanding of web and mobile UI design, best practices and standards

* Understanding of structured writing techniques and modular content development

* User experience with MacOS and iOS

* Proficient in Keynote, Pages and Numbers

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet production deadlines

* Ability to act as a peer reviewer, as needed

* Adobe Experience Manager experience preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in a learning, technology or administrative field.
