Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Print Coordinator in Buford, GA! These positions will be from 9:30am- 6pm, Monday though FRiday. You will be responsible to print and scan requisition forms, Production Work Orders, print expiration and tube labels, package and ship clinical trial kits and perform file maintenance.


* Print various documents, including but not limited to, requisition forms, production work orders, labels, and shipping documents.
* Scan various documents into multiple operating systems.
* Ensure accuracy of all materials created, as well as check accuracy of the work of others.
* Assist in packaging clinical trial kits.
* Assist in shipping clinical trial kits.
* May perform various data entry tasks as requested.
* Coordinate and manage multiple projects by date/priority via effective time management skills.
* Create and maintain file archives.
* Notify supervisor of any identified mistakes in accuracy immediately.
* Demonstrate the ability to produce the prescribed output volume per eight-hour shift.
* Maintain a high accuracy rate.
* May assist with training of newly assigned associates.
* Work as a productive member of a team or independently.
* May prepare documents for orders shipping to international destinations.
* Other tasks may be assigned by the Project Manager or Production Manager.
* Performs other duties as assigned.Skills/Experience:QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

* High School completion or equivalent (GED)
* Computer and printing experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

* Ability to read and match documents
* Good communication and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work well with others
* Knowledge of computer and printing hardware and programs

The associate is required to stand and walk for the majority of the working day. Furthermore, the job requires associates to lift/carry/push or pull up to 25 pounds with or without assistance. Associates use both hands for repetitive actions such as grasping and manipulating as well as both feet. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
