Job Description

Volt is working with a Burbank based company and we are looking to hire a Coordinator.

Job Duties:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls and communications (both mail and email)
  • Coordination, logistics, preparation, invitations and materials for meeting
  • Calendar Management; coordinate travel, long range planning and day-to-day meetings
  • Filing of reference materials, background, and overview information
  • Preparation of all business-related expenses, ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely manner
  • Order supplies/materials and process invoices where necessary
  • Partnering and working extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.
  • Support departmental projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:         

  • MS-Office, Proficient in Outlook - must be able to schedule large meetings.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years using Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism and confidentiality
