Job Description

The Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Coordinator is responsible to provide support in implementation and maintenance of a global management system for CommScope’s Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability; Primary function is to provide services by managing day-to-day activities and tasks under Corporate Quality, Responsibility and Sustainability and Corporate Legal; including but not limited to meetings administration, records management, reporting, invoice management, travel and meetings arrangement.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Coordinate customer requests and contract review process:

• Distribute requests to relevant internal customers / employees per internal communication matrix;

• Maintain SharePoint database to include but not limited to: opening request, tracking progress, closing request;

• Follow up with relevant internal customers to meet requestor timeline(s) and due date(s);

• Consolidated response to requestor in a timely manner;

• Provide weekly and monthly customer request status reports.

• Assist in improving/enhancing existing process to be streamlined, user friendly and transparent.

• Process received invoices (full life cycle: e-Requisition, SAP, VIM, communication with A/P).

• Coordinate team on-site and/or off-site meetings including managing hotel booking, local transport and travel itineraries, meeting room set-up, team activities and meals.
 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Preferable background in Environment, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Health & Wellness, Employee/Labor Relations, Community Involvement, Human Rights, Ethics Compliance, Management Systems (ISO, OHSAS, SA).

• Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Demonstrated organizational, work management, and group process skills, ability to take initiative to identify and propose new tasks and procedures.

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks, producing quality products within tight time constraints if needed.

• Demonstrated experience in working on multiple priorities consecutively and sequentially and meeting quality standards for accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness.

• Attention to detail resulting in accurate, timely completion of work that contributes to the overall desired project outcomes of delivering quality products and services to clients.

• Demonstrated knowledge and competence in the use of software applications: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, email applications, SharePoint (intranet)

• Ability to interpret data and present data/results/output through the use of software applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, SharePoint, etc.).

• Ability to take initiative to identify and propose new tasks and procedures.

• Demonstrated organization and time management skills used in an office setting.

• Communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.

• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of staff professionals.

• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to network professionally inside and/or outside the company.
 

EDUCATION


Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
