Job Description

MUST be able to work flexible hours, overtime, nights and weekends as required

  • Team meeting agendas, notes, and recap memos (prepare, circulate, and archive)
  • Create and manage distribution lists for breaks
  • Obtain, distribute and execute publicist contracts, talent AROs
  • Oversee film budget with Assistant
  • Talent schedules for appearances, junkets, and international tours as needed
  • Create Global Campaign Summary with Assistant
  • Create filmmaker decks for domestic meetings and support international publicist for filmmaker decks as needed.
  • Handle BTL talent for Live Action and Hometown Heroes for Animation
  • Point of contact with project lead for executive requests
  • Send out domestic and international breaks & tune-in’s
  • Send out reviews at time of film release; share U.S. reviews with international teams
  • Handle logistics for live action set visits with International Publicists
  • Connect phone interviews (shared with other film team members as needed)
  • Point of contact with DMS - oversee tracking of international coverage, pull reports as needed, flag key dates for tracking and share key breaks not tracked by DMS
  • Collect AOP info by film and Top 15 Market updates from Distribution
  • International All Media invite blast, RSVP collection and confirmation blast
  • Input key non-media team beats into Riley (key PR dates like global junket and premieres, global opening dates, international tours and major covers, etc., int’l material debuts, review embargoes, etc.)
  • Share press releases, SOP, announcements with global teams / Communicate timing and availability of written material with global teams
  • Distribute all email inquiries from International Corp COMM PR inbox to relevant markets
  • Back-up domestic and international tour travel as needed
  • Negotiate glam rates for all talent and finalize contracts
  • Tracking contact information, rates paid, deal memos completed
  • Asset management tracking chart for respective titles. (Written and A/V)
  • International Visas
