This position is responsible for the leadership and business management of operational performance. The focus of this position is to manage, at a program level, program strategy in three key areas: customer, operational and financial. This role requires a big picture mindset balanced by strong analytical and cross-collaboration skills capable of proactively communicating priorities, solving daily business issues/challenges, while always striving to discover and implement continuous improvement opportunities. The cross-collaboration aspect of this role encompasses effectively interfacing with the Program Director to achieve business objectives on-time, on-target, and on-budget and consistent with program strategy. This includes executing corporate/project wide programs/projects, on-going planning, reporting, training, process improvements, and tools development inputs/feedback.
This position will be responsible for motivating and holding COPC Implementation Leaders accountable to delivering against contractual agreements/deliverables including the policies and procedures set forth by Volt, COPC and the client. Manages the day to day functions and operation of multiple delivery teams for customer and client. Drives the overall management and compliance of business within the boundaries of Volt's operational direction.
Responsible and accountable for leading, directing, motivating, mentoring and facilitating the performance of COPC Implementation Leaders and the results of their direct overall performance. Ensures that all of the above items are in line with COPC requirements.
Works closely with the area leaders to ensure sites are managing to its policies and practices and is prepared for COP audits.

Physical Demands:

On a daily basis, ability to sit for extended periods of time at a workstation.

On a daily basis, ability to make/take calls, and extensive periods looking at a computer screen.
Ability to move through a multi-level building.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of Contract Center management in an Operations Manager or Program Manager role overseeing and supporting an operations or program of at least 500 employees. Must have proven experience in client relationship management, operations management, project management and hold certification of current COPC standard.
Previously managed multiple tiers of management with multiple direct reports in a diversified fast-paced environment.
Possess a BS/BA degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience. Six Sigma black belt preferred.
