Job Description

Come join a dynamic, fun and creative Corporate Talent Acquisition team at Volt Workforce Solutions. This role will partner with National Leaders in driving recruitment stratedy and talent pipeline to over 60 branches across the US. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, qualifying and presenting candidates for in house positions nationally within Volt Management Corp. and VMC. This will include thoroughly qualifying in house positions with hiring managers, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have former experience recruiting for a high performing sales organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify the client's business and culture, as well as define the position, its functions, challenges selling points, and viability. Uncover the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities of the ideal candidate.
  • Perform in take sessions with Hiring Managers to determine specific market needs
  • Source candidates by means of direct recruitment, referral network, Internet job boards, branch referrals, and traditional recruiting methods to identify potential Volt Workforce Solutions sales force operations throughout the US
  • Administer high performance assessments and attend debrief sessions with third party expert
  • Present candidates to hiring managers thru formal write ups and coordinate all interviewing activities.
  • Identify with hiring managers local/area/regional and national recruiting sources
  • Ongoing development of recruiting strategies in geographical locations of existing Volt branches.
  • Develop ongoing referral network in geographical locations of existing Volt branches.
  • Make professional recommendations to hiring managers in respect to market challenges
  • Verify and negotiate salary requirements.
  • Provide ongoing communication and support through new employee transition.
  • Identify resources to best identify the top talent in the industry.
  • Promote social branding of TA Team and Volt's opportunities consistently and creatively


Position Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • Minimum 3 years Corporate Recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • A combination of agency and corporate recruiting desired
  • Collaborative team player who contributes new progressive strategies to attract talent
  • Must have a executive recruiting mindset to target passive candidates
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred.


Knowledge & Skills:

  • Effectively communicate in writing.
  • Effectively communicate verbally including by telephone.
  • Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions under pressure.
  • Required to handle highly confidential information.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
